The Labor Secretary, Alex Acosta, will give the keynote address to Florida International University's graduating law class Friday morning.
He's making his return to campus, he's the former FIU Law School Dean. He left his post February 2017 when President Trump nominated the Miami native for Secretary of Labor. Acosta has become the first Latino member of Trump's cabinet.
FIU President, Mark Rosenberg, says they're thrilled to host the former dean during the law commencement.
