With Memorial Day weekend on the way, there is good news for Floridians. Gas prices have dropped for the 30th day in a row.
The average price across the state is $2.30 per gallon, which is 10 cents more than this time last year. Still, AAA Auto Club says Florida remains about 5 cents below the national average.
The most expensive prices in the state are in the West Palm Beach/Boca Raton area.
Trilby Lundberg, Publisher of the Lundberg Survey, also says that prices may begin to rise.
Higher prices at the pump could be coming in the wake of a crude oil rise during the previous two weeks. Retailers have not yet passed those increases on to consumers.
