Another music festival taking over Bayfront Park this weekend.
It's being described as the Ultra for Hip-Hop with artists like Kendrick Lamar performing at the Rolling Loud Festival.
Lt. Freddie Cruz with Miami Police says they're ready for the crowds and extra traffic in downtown Miami.
"Every year we're getting better. As you see with Ultra, the comparable year to year, our arrests are actually going down and that's because we're getting the message out there, the community is cooperating," said Lt. Cruz.
Officials urge fans to use public transportation or ride sharing.
Doors open at 4 p.m. Friday. Rolling Loud runs through Sunday. If you don't have a ticket to the 3 day hip-hop event, Revolt TV will be live-streaming.
