A man is rushed to the hospital after a jet ski crash sends him flying off of Miami Beach.The victim was knocked unconscious in the accident. A friend flagged down someone who came to help.That Good Samaritan picked up both people in his boat and took them to shore. Fire Crews, Miami Beach Police, as well as Miami Dade arrived.
