A worker is dead after police say he way accidentally shot while making repairs at a West Palm Beach strip club.
Daryl Rudolph, 55, was found dead Friday in a storage room at Sugar Daddy's Adult Club at 704 South Military Trail. Rudolph had been struck fatally with a gunshot wound to the back of his neck.
Palm Beach County Sheriff's office said in a news release that Rudolph died at a nearby hospital. Investigators say he was fixing items in a back storage room at the club when another worker was moving a firearm off a shelf in an adjacent room.
The gun discharged, striking Rudolph.
The sheriff's office says the shooting was unintentional, but detectives are still investigating.
