Broward County Sheriff's officers are busy looking for two men who stole thousands of lottery tickets from a Pompano Beach Country Food Store earlier this year.
Despite their attempts to disable all security cameras, two men were caught on surveillance video just before 4 a.m. on Jan. 6.
Authorities say the men used a brick to smash the front window and door of the store.
The video shows the men stealing thousands of lottery tickets, the cash register, multiple phone cards, cell phone accessories and cigarettes.
The Broward County Sheriff's Office is asking anyone with information to contact Detective Joel Rivero at 954-786-4210 or the anonymous Broward Crime Stoppers line at 954-493-8477 or online at browardcrimestoppers.org. Tips that lead to an arrest are eligible for up to a $3,000 reward.
