IHOP is flipping pancakes to help kids. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. you can enjoy a free short stack at participating restaurants Tuesday.
IHOP's Regional Director for South Florida, Lisa Mendez, says it's a popular day for patrons.
"It typically falls on a Tuesday every year, which is typically not a busy day for us, but on National Pancake Day we usually have a line of people waiting to get into our restaurants," said Mendez.
She says all they ask is for a donation and 100% of the proceeds go to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
