Two women behind bars after a pair of toddlers were found wandering around a Keys trailer park.A tow truck driver called the Monroe County Sheriffs Department after he says he saw the children wandering around by themselves.Deputies say the kids, both 2 year old girls, were crying and seemed to be cold. One of them had no clothes on, the other, just a t shirt and underwear.The two women came home later. Deputies say they admitting drinking alcohol with friends.
