Over 500 participants will attend the 53rd Munich Security conference this weekend in Germany.
A delegation of 17 US leaders are heading to conference to discuss security and trade in Europe.
Florida Senator Marco Rubio and Congressman Ted Deutch will be part of the group.
The conference is held annually and includes world leaders, defense chiefs, and international security experts. Vice-President Mike Pence is making his foreign policy debut in the international arena by delivering the keynote speech.
Items to be discussed are the future of European relations with the new US administration, NATO and the security and defense of Europe. Russia, Syria, and cyber-security and the growing threat of terrorism will also top the agenda.
