It could. However, Brian Johnson, the General Manager of Joe's Stone Crab, says many people will still rely on someone else to make their meal.
"The take away is a phenomenal outlet that does do very well, it gets very busy with people getting food and taking it home. So that they can be home, to be with their spouse or their better half," said Johnson.
A survey by OpenTable reveals 71% of Americans plan on eating out to celebrate love and Joe's Stone Crab anticipates a piece of that pie. The GM says they'll serve about 1,000 people Tuesday night.
