A Cutler Bay High School teacher in hot water after he's accused of sex with a student. Miami-Dade County Public Schools issuing a statement indicating 53 year old Bernardo Osorio is no longer employed by the school district, and is prohibited from seeing future employment there.Cops say the 15-year-old victim told detectives he performed oral sex on the teacher at the school and in Osorio's car.
Officers say Osorio has confessed to sex with the student.
