A Cutler Bay High School teacher under arrest for having a sexual relationship with a student.He is being booked on three counts of engaging in sexual acts with a minor. Two of those sex acts reportedly occured on school grounds. The relationship allegedly started when the student was 15 years old.He has since been terminated and banned from the school district.
