A man who killed two Broward County Waffle House employees is getting a new sentencing hearing.
The Florida Supreme Court ruled since only nine of the 12 jurors agreed Gerhard Hojan should be put to death for the 2002 murders, his case will be re-heard.
The justices previously ruled death sentences can only be handed down by a unanimous jury.
