Florida High Court Tosses Three Death Sentences

Three murder convictions upheld by Florida's high court -- their associated death sentences are tossed.

Lancelot Armstrong shot two Broward deputies, killing one of them. Another inmate murdered an 81 year old Marion County woman, and the third killed his wife after she slept with another man.

All three inmates will receive new hearings in the latest fall-out from the decision by the US Supreme Court bringing executions to a standstill in Florida over the past year.
