Investigators say a Russian sailor was drunk when he crashed a cargo ship into a bridge in South Korea.
The collision happened in the port of Busan and local media reports that the captain of the 6,000 ton vessel had a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit.
Parts of the bridge were closed as a precaution until inspections could be completed.
The collision ripped a 15-foot hole in the freighter, but nobody was hurt.
Complicating the issue, the Coast Guard says the captain didn't understand English well.
The same ship is suspected of colliding with a cruise ship moored at the port.
