Ainsley Earhardt on Fox News and a reporter for WUSA-9 in Washington, DC are facing some criticism for asking questions they maybe shouldn't have asked during their coverage of the mid-air collision over Reagan National Airport. An Army Black Hawk helicopter collided with American Airlines flight 5342, killing 67 people.

Earhardt put a former Navy Seal on the spot by asking about how quickly the people on the plane might have died, and the DC reporter got a little intrusive while speaking with the husband of one of the passengers.

Listen as Ryan Gorman and Dana McKay discuss on today's show.
