President Trump signed a Day One executive order to end birthright citizenship in the United States. Titled "Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship," the order seeks to withhold U.S. citizenship from children born on American soil to undocumented immigrants. Set to take effect on February 19, 2025, the order has sparked controversy and legal challenges. Attorneys general from 22 states have already filed lawsuits to block the order, arguing that it violates the Constitution's guarantee of citizenship to all persons born in the United States.

ABC News Contributor Sarah Isgur joined The Ryan Gorman Show this morning to explain the 14th Amendment and the challenges the order will face in court. She also addresses some of Trump's other executive orders and potential legal objections.
