An Amazon customer in India says she found a live snake in her Xbox delivery.
The woman recently ordered an Xbox controller which was delivered to her home in the southern city of Bengaluru with a little something extra.
The surprised customer says when she opened the Amazon box, she found a live cobra stuck to the packing tape.
Amazon managers they are looking into the "inconvenience," and gave the woman a refund.
It remains unclear whether she was allowed to keep the controller or the spectacled cobra.
