(Miami Gardens, FL) - The Miami Dolphins ranked atop the NFL Players Association's second annual report card of players grading teams on facilities, coaching staffs and ownership.
Meanwhile, the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs, ranked 31st out of 32 teams.
But Chief's coach, Andy Reid did finish first in the head coach rankings.
The Jacksonville Jaguars made the biggest improvement over last year, jumping from 28th to fifth.
