Ratings for the Emmy Awards hit a record low.

The 75th annual Emmy Awards, hosted by Anthony Anderson, had an audience of 4.3 million total viewers.

The show received a 0.85% rating among adults aged 18 to 49, which is a new low for the awards show according to Nielsen data.

This was the first time the Emmy Awards aired against an NFL playoff game.

Plus, viewers may have had "award show fatigue" with the Golden Globes and The Critic's Choice Award shows both airing within the last week.
