(Manhattan, NY) - Hundreds of Pro-Palestinian protestors were arrested after they blocked New York's bridge and tunnel traffic during the morning rush hour Monday.
The protestors created a human chain using zip ties and blocked roadways with cement-filled tires. Drivers trying to access the Brooklyn, Manhattan, Williamsburg Bridges, and the Holland Tunnel were outraged by the blockage.
New York Police officers arrested 325 people mostly on misdemeanor charges.
The Palestinian groups are demanding a permanent cease-fire and an end to the U.S. government’s arming of Israel.
