The Sheriff has not announced any arrests in the shocking crime.
Circuit Court Judge Andrew Wilkinson, 52, was shot and killed in his driveway and the sheriff has not released any suspect description.
No information was provided about a possible suspect and the case remains an active homicide investigation.
