Larry Taylor was a 1st lieutenant, serving as a helicopter pilot back in 1968 when he carried out a daring rescue of a small patrol of U.S. soldiers who'd become surrounded by the enemy. Taylor carried out the mission despite coming under heavy fire. But it's what Biden randomly did midway during the presentation that has many scratching their heads....Biden walked out, all smiles.
