(Los Angeles, CA) -- Lisa Marie Presley's cause of death revealed by a Los Angeles County Coroner was not drug related.
On January 12th, paramedics transported Presley, 54, to a hospital, where she went into cardiac arrest and died that afternoon.
The toxicology report found therapeutic levels of two opioids in her system and that Presley died from complications resulting from a small bowel obstruction.
According to reports, the bowel obstruction was caused by complications from her gastric bypass surgery years ago.
Her dad Elvis' official cause of death was a heart attack unrelated to drugs as well, according to his autopsy.
