U.S. soccer icon Brandi Chastain is congratulating England's women's team on their historic win -- and one player in particular.
Chloe Kelly drew immediate comparisons to Chastain as she took off her jersey while celebrating scoring the game winner in the final of the UEFA Women's Euro tournament Sunday.
Chastain celebrated the same way when she scored the decisive penalty kick of the 1999 Women's World Cup. She took to Twitter to praise Kelly, saying, "I see you. Enjoy the free rounds of pints and dinners for the rest of your life from all of England."
The victory gave England its first major trophy for either the men's or women's teams since the men won the World Cup in 1966.
