Her body was discovered by two fishermen in the surf near North Boardwalk and Thomas Street, according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC).

Officials confirmed that Williams' injuries were consistent with being struck by a vessel. Investigators believe she was snorkeling or diving near Dr. Von D.
