Pelosi: "Can't Yell Wolf In A Crowded Theater"

posted by Erica Rodriguez -

Is Nancy Pelosi losing it?

The House Minority Leader is caught on tape during a sit-down, one-on-one interview with a San Francisco TV station saying, "The Constitution does not say that a person can shout…yell ‘wolf’ in a crowded theater."

She appears to be refering to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes' opinion written back in 1919 when he wrote: "The most stringent protection of free speech would not protect a man falsely shouting fire in a theater and causing a panic."

Hear it for yourself... just make sure you turn up the volume.
