Too Much Exercise Is BAD For Your Midsection

This is great news for guys like me... Working out too much is actually detrimental to your health!

That's what some new research out of Australia suggests (I literally go around the world the find out information like this). Researchers found that working on the abdominal area too much actually leads to a breakdown of the lining inside your midsection and that allows germs and toxins into your bloodstream.

It's called Leaky Gut Syndrome... and I don't want to do anything that leads to any sort of Leaky condition!
