Biscayne Bay is still "in danger" even though it's showing slight improvement on its latest health report card from "poor" to "fair". She says pollution, aging septic systems and people littering are the biggest issues plaguing the bay. The latest economic impact study in 2023 shows the Bay packs a 64-Billion-dollar punch.
