Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz is bringing a South Florida small business owner as her guest to the State of the Union tonight. Last year Steve Reyes paid 12-thousand-dollars for Affordable Care Act coverage for his family of four, this year he's paying 41-thousand-dollars for the same coverage. He says because his bills are so high he's had to cancel his home windstorm coverage. ACA subsidy expansions expired at the end of last year.
