An active flu season could become even more active with the arrival of Thursday's cold front. Florida International University Dr. Cheryl Holder says it's not too late to get the flu shot if you haven't already. She says the vaccine won't give you the disease, but it could leave you with flu-like symptoms. South Florida will feel the effects of the cold front through the weekend and into next week with temperatures dipping in the middle 40's and some inland areas could go down to 30.
