First Amendment Rights Attorney Speaks Out On Jimmy Kimmel's Suspension

Jimmy Kimmel is off the air indefinitely after doing a monologue claiming Charlie Kirks' alleged assassin may have been a pro-Trump Republican. Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression attorney J.T. Morris says the timing is suspicious, just hours after the FCC Chair went on a podcast saying ABC should do something the situation. He calls this a clear violation of the First Amendment. Sinclair Broadcasting calls the comments “inappropriate and deeply insensitive".
