A Florida teenager is arrested for vandalizing car that she thought belonged to her ex-boyfriend, but it turned out it belonged to someone else.

Volusia County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a vandalism call and say they found an 18 and 16-year-old spray-painting a vehicle.

After questioning the teens, the 18-year-old admitted she egged and spray-painted the car because she was upset with her ex-boyfriend.

However, deputies ran the license and found that the vehicle did not belong to her ex-boyfriend but rather to one of his neighbors.

The mistaken teen is charged with criminal mischief, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of alcohol under 21, and driving under the influence.
