Man Arrested For Attempted Murder In Hialeah Taco Bell Stabbing Incident

Hialeah, FL - A 60-year-old man has been arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder after a stabbing incident at a Taco Bell in Hialeah.

The incident occurred Sunday morning at the Taco Bell located at 785 E. Ninth St., when the suspect, identified as Earl Rudolph Moss, allegedly attacked a customer following a verbal altercation.

According to Hialeah police, Moss entered the restaurant around 10:30 a.m. and began speaking loudly and harassing employees.

A customer asked Moss to lower his voice, prompting him to retrieve two knives from a bag he had left on a table.

Moss then approached the customer and began stabbing him multiple times.

The victim raised his arms to defend himself, but Moss continued the assault until one of the knife blades broke.

At that point, Moss stopped the attack and fled into the men's restroom.

Police arrived shortly after and found the victim bleeding heavily.

He was immediately transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Moss was apprehended at the scene and is now facing charges of attempted first-degree murder.

Authorities have not yet released further details on the victim's condition or the motive behind the attack.
