Trantalis says the October 7th war in Israel has put a spotlight on the issue. The summit will introduce the first-ever Municipal Antisemitism Action index, a data-driven tool ranking cities' effectiveness in fighting hate. Antisemitism has been on an unprecedented rise over the past year, with 61-percent of American Jews saying they have personally experienced it.
