A kangaroo that had been hopping around Volusia County for weeks after escaping its enclosure found Wednesday and brought back home.
Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission says the kangaroo escaped on October 17th after a bear got into its enclosure.
A resident telling Fox 35 she spotted the marsupial and was able to notify authorities.
FWC says the animal's owner cited for multiple violations, including improper caging.
