For the second time in a week, a long time South Florida establishment is announcing its closing.
Hot Dog Heaven, which has been on West Sunrise Boulevard for 45 years, is being sold.
Owner Barry Star says he's ready to retire but says the stand will remain open for now.
He has listed the restaurant building for $1 million and the business for $375,000 and is hoping someone will carry on his tradition of offering up hot dogs.
Just a few days ago, the owner of Fort Lauderdale's Historic Downtowner and Maxwell Room announcing the restaurant will be closing next month.
