Algerian Olympic boxing gold medalist Imane Khelif is suing billionaire Elon Musk and author J.K. Rowling for "gender" harassment.

Khelif filed the lawsuit in France citing "online harassment" she alleges she faced during the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Her attorney told "Variety" that former President Trump is also part of the investigation.

The lawsuit filed against X accuses Musk and Rowling of committing "acts of aggravated cyber harassment" against Khelif, inciting false claims that the boxer was transgender.

Khelif was disqualified from last year's Women's World Championship after a gender eligibility test that found elevated levels of testosterone in her system.

The IBA said that the test revealed that Khelif has XY chromosomes, which are most commonly found in males.
