Man Arrested After iPhone Theft From Collier County Real Estate Office

Naples, FL - A Collier County man is facing grand theft charges after allegedly stealing an iPhone from a Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate office on Tuesday.

Authorities say 31-year-old Joshua Benjamin Langford reportedly posed as a potential homebuyer before concealing the iPhone in sales brochures.

The victim alerted authorities, and detectives from the Naples Police Department were able to track the phone's location to a Humble Bee Boutique on Pine Ridge Road.

Working together, Collier County deputies and Naples PD officers observed Langford leaving the boutique.

A subsequent ping of the stolen iPhone confirmed its presence on Langford's person, leading to his arrest.

He was transported to Collier County Jail.
