Homestead police need your help in finding a potential child abductor who exposed himself to a young girl.
A 10-year-old taking the trash out in the Phoenix Apartments on NE 8th Street encountered the suspect, according to police.
He got out of his car with his pants down exposing his private parts to the child then tried to grab her but she pulled away and ran to a playground to hide. She tells Homestead police that she saw the suspect drive away in an older model 4-door beige sedan. Possibly a Toyota.
The suspect is described as an older Black male in his 40's-50's, about 5-10, 160 pounds.
Anyone with information about him is asked to call the Homestead Police department immediately.
