Pop star Justin Timberlake has been released after being arrested on drunk driving charges Monday night in Sag Harbor, New York.
Timberlake was arraigned and released without bail this morning.
He faces one charge of DWI while also being cited for failure to stay in his lane and running through a stop sign.
“He went to dinner with friends. There were cops stationed outside where he was having dinner. He pulled out and they pulled him over for a traffic violation,” a source said.
Sources say police said Timberlake was observed to be glassy-eyed and they smelled alcohol on his breath.
He's due back in court next month.
The arrest comes in the middle of Timberlake's "Forget Tomorrow" world tour.
He is scheduled to perform two shows in Chicago this weekend and has another two set for New York's Madison Square Garden next week.
