TJX Companies, the parent company of TJ Maxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods, are having some of their employees wear body cameras to help prevent theft, and to keep customers and employees safe.

The company did not say when the cameras will be on but say video footage will be shared upon request from law enforcement or in response to a subpoena.

The cameras will only be used by trained employees.
