The top pick from the 2024 WNBA Draft, Caitlin Clark will not compete in the upcoming Summer Games because she is not included on the U.S. team's roster for the Paris Olympics.

Clark said that she isn't disappointed that she was snubbed by the US women's basketball team, but now has something to work towards.

She texted her coach, Christie Sides, “‘Hey coach, they woke a monster.'”

It's not like she can't score..."Clark became the No. 1 career scorer in NCAA women’s basketball history. The Iowa superstar passed both men (Pete Maravich) and women with a mark of 3,667 points in her last season.

Clark is a must-watch performer boosting attendance in the NCAA and WNBA: 'I came to Iowa with huge aspirations and now I’m getting to play in front of 15,000-plus every single night and that’s so cool."
