Ashley Moody says it's imperative you are ready, too many Floridians have become complacent. She says you need a hurricane kit filled with at least five days' worth of supplies, food and water. Plus, she recommends taking pictures of your property now, ahead of any storms, so you have it ready to send to your insurance company immediately. Moody says everyone should be on the lookout for price gouging and scams.
