A new study claims to show how many illegal immigrants are getting into our state.

The nonprofit Center for Immigration Studies says they've uncovered evidence that the federal government is arranging to fly migrants who are claiming asylum directly into the U.S. from their native country to whatever state they choose. And most are choosing Florida.

"These are mostly Haitians, Cubans, Venezuelans and Nicaraguans and the first three nationalities already have, as you know, large expatriate communities in Florida. So family connections and job connections and friends and things like that."

National Security Fellow Todd Bensman tells Brian Mudd that since the start of the federal fiscal year in October, over 326,000 migrants were flown into the state by the Biden administration. That amounts to 87 percent of the flights.

Governor Ron DeSantis and Attorney General Ashley Moody have vowed to fight to put an end to all migrant flights into Florida.
