Miami Judge Denies State's Request to Muzzle Clenney Defense

(Miami, Fla) - A Miami judge presiding over OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney’s murder case denied the state’s attempt to muzzle defense attorneys, according to court records.

Judge Laura Cruz denied the protection order request which would have prevented Clenney’s attorneys from appearing on a TMZ docuseries about the case on February 12th.

The defense said that the State Attorney has already argued the case in the media and painted their own narrative.
