Sources indicate that the incident occurred around 4 p.m. on Sunday when a red Mazda 3 was driving southbound on Northwest 13th Avenue, nearing the intersection of 119th Street.

As the Mazda 3 driver attempted to escape the situation, gunshots were fired into his vehicle, resulting in the victim sustaining a gunshot wound to the neck.
