Falling Construction Debris On Miami Condos

It's not the sky falling..

Residents at Edgewater's 23 Biscayne Bay on Northeast 23rd Street in the Miami neighborhood claim construction debris from a luxury hi-rise is falling onto their building, putting them in danger.

That debris is coming from new condos: Aria Reserve.

The website says they will be the tallest residential waterfront dual towers in the United States.

Condo owners addressing safety concerns about the falling debris and cranes used, have reached out to developers The Melo Group and its attorneys with no reported response.
