A Maryland man accused of throwing antisemitic materials on Palm Beach County lawns has been convicted on three criminal charges.
32-year old Nicholas Bysheim pleaded guilty this week to resisting an officer without violence for an incident in the town of Atlantis back in January.
He was caught distributing hateful rhetoric inside plastic bags and refused to show his I.D. to officers.
The other misdemeanor charges of litter dumping stem from his distributions in a West Palm Beach neighborhood in March. Bysheim was sentenced to 12 months probation.
Prosecutors wanted him to spend a year behind bars, but the judge said probation was punishment enough, along with a fine and community service.
