(Palm Beach Gardens, FL) -- A Florida teen is suing LIV Golf Chairman Greg Norman and his wife, Kristen Kutner, for negligence claiming she was allegedly raped by two minors during a pool party at their $18-million Palm Beach Gardens mansion in 2021. The unnamed accuser, a classmate of Norman's stepdaughter, claims the couple served alcohol and she was raped by two drunk minors in the grassy area by the pool.
The Daily Mail is reporting that the Normans are accused of "failing to provide a safe environment during the party and contributing to the delinquency of minors" by providing alcohol to them, according to the lawsuit filed in March 2023. The unnamed accuser, a classmate of Norman's stepdaughter, claims she was raped by two drunk minors in the grass by the pool.
Norman’s lawyer, Stuart Grossman, calls the case baseless.
“This matter was fully investigated and closed,” he said. “The allegations in this complaint are false. We had no idea it was being filed. We will take appropriate action against the lawyer and parties involved. It’s most unfortunate this would be filed two years after the event.”
The plaintiff's attorneys are demanding a jury trial.
